All orders place on our website considered as confirm order. After receiving your order we confirm by calling to registered number. After confirmation we Deliver order.
After Delivery we send you a courier receipt to ensure that your order is delivered as per your request and to assigned address.
you cannot cancel your order once its status is Delivered. so double check your name, number and address.
if you want to return / exchange product as per policy you can return or exchange it within 15 days after you receive it. you will return our original product with your shipping no compensation will be entertained. we will not be responsible for expenses while sending back it to us. it will take 2 weeks after we receive your return to process it and claim.
if you have a history with us on cash on delivery refusal we will not entertain your next order/orders.
damaged or broken items will be delivered to us as soon as possible after you receive it. we ensure that our packaging is measurable and in good condition but if you encounter this situation you will inform us. we will contact you within 2 weeks.
